Natalia, it's true, the world of Hollywood is a superficial one, it must be really difficult for people like America to hear about her weight all the time. I'm glad she hasn't given into the pressure and shrunk down to a size 0.

Thats really stupid, people in hollywood just being focused on her weight, thats why alot of people who watch her shows say shes a role model because shes just like the rest of us.Yeah so your supposed to be skinny and beautiful, but get real almost no one is like that. Usually if they are, they become snobs and start making fun of people who dont meet "their expectations." I just dont get why everyone acts the way they do...NOBODY IS PERFECT!

Taylor, It drives me crazy when the media scrutinizes America Ferrera for her weight. She is by no means big...she's a size six. Though she has reportedly recently lost weight in order to play the role of a runner in an upcoming film, so she's probably a smaller size now. Still, the focus should be on her acting ability and not her looks...but it is Hollywood and everyone knows Hollywood is all about looks.

America may not be the skinniest women in the world, but that's what makes her normal like the rest of uIm doing a report on her in school and she is absolutely amazing! and i dont care what anyone else says. <3

Andie, we've been searching and searching for America's favorite type of food and can't find anything anywhere. It could be that people make such a big deal about her size--which by the way is a perfect size six, she wears extra padding for Ugly Betty, that she refrains from talking about food?
