Ok, I admit I like to follow the celeb goings-on as much as the next gal… but there are a few people I could live a long time without EVER hearing about. Who are your least favorite notable people?

I’d have to nominate Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie and Lindsey Lohan to name a few who irritate me to no end.

I miss the old Hollywood starlets.  Women who’s mere presence made me feel I was witnessing greatness and unsurpassed talent in the making.  Stars like Julia Roberts, Susan Sarandon, Meg Ryan, Meryl Streep and Jodie Foster come to mind.  Today, celebs are more focused on fashion than they are talent!

My “diss” list…

Victoria Beckham
Heidi Montag
...and American Idol Jordin Sparks.

Al three of these women rub me the wrong way!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for saying Angelina Jolie and you might as well throw Brad Pitt in there for good measure. He was just on Charlie Rose with David Fincher and it seemed like ALL he talked about was his “Angie”. Fincher barely got a word in edgewise, which was disappointing to me. I wish those two would just go away for awhile and come back so I can like them again. Others on my list:

Avril Lavigne
Donald Trump
Rosie O’Donnell

Oh I completely agree with Brad/Angelina! Stopped caring years ago about those two.

And I’ll probably have lots of people disagree, but I have to add Tom Cruise to the list too. Really tired of all the stories about Katie Holmes being held captive and controlled by Tom, and tired of hearing him talk about Scientology.

On the other hand, there’s a celebrity (albeit not exactly an A-lister) who makes me cringe every time he’s on television just because of his horrible, horrible acting. That would be David Caruso, of CSI: Miami fame. Love the CSI franchise, but I just can’t watch that one!

Wouldn’t it be nice to run a “tabloid” where you could highlight positive stories and role models instead of just gossip about the same people every week?

I have to agree with Brangelina… and Tom Cruise too! The worst for me though are Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. They seem to have mastered the art of the photo ops, so they are mentioned almost on a daily basis on blogs. They drive me nuts.

I am so glad someone else mentioned Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt!
I’ve never watched the “Hills” (I believe that is the series they star in) but besides that, I’m just not sure what their star power is!  It’s like one day they just appeared…everywhere!!!
Ugh~!

I’m guilty of watching “The Hills” in the past, thouogh haven’t for the past two season and Heidi and Spencer are beyond annoying. Especially Spencer, it seems like everything he does, he does just to get attention—sort of like a two year old. He doesn’t care if it’s negative attention either! He’ll do anything to stay in the spotlight. Speaking of which, what does he do anyway? Heidi is always working, but Spencer just seems like he is totally freeloading off his girlfriend. The guy doesn’t have a job and complains when Heidi has to work. He is beyond annoying.

I could easily do without Joan Rivers and Larry King. They are both so out of touch with reality - and trying so hard to convince us otherwise. Luckily, their stars have faded and they are getting very easy to avoid.

Two words: Ashton Kutcher! Ughghghg.. Can’t stand him.. Didn’t like him on That 70s Show and don’t like him in any movies he’s done. I’m still trying to figure out the entire relationship thing he has with Demi Moore! I know this has been said over and over in the media, but come on, Demi!!! Bruce was sooooo much better for you!!!! (and your career!!)

Other no-likes:
*Lindsay Lohan
*Paris Hilton
*Michael Jackson
*Tom Cruise
*Lilly Allen
*Jenny McCarthy

.. the list goes on and on!!

Speaking of Ashton Kutcher what do you make of his latest Twittering binge with Demi?  He posted a shot of his famous wife bending down in her bikini (butt shot only) and tweeted about how much he loves her.  She followed up with her own post calling him a “sneak.”  The Twitter obsessed pair then tweeted major PDA while Demi was in the UK and Ashton was in L.A.  They have no shame sharing details of their intimate lovefest.  GAG!!

Actually, I don’t care much for Denise Richards. There’s that entire thing with her, Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear. I had some sympathy for Denise when her marrige to Charlie Sheen broke up because his behavior over the years has been well-publicized. But then I watched about ten minutes of her reality show, and I lost all sympathy for her whatsoever. In fact, I really want those ten minutes of my life back. She was foul mouthed and completely narcissistic. And now to top it off, she causes Maksim to get voted off Dancing with the Stars, and I have to wait another entire season to see him dance again.  mad

LOL Kelly!!  Loved your comment!!  My 4-year-old has a HUGE crush on Maks and she was crushed when he got eliminated.  She cried when I told her that he got the boot.  Then, I had to backpedal FAST and tell her that he would still be dancing (on Tuesdays when they have the musical guest stars).  That helped a bit.  “DWTS” is the only primetime show she is allowed to watch and I cut her off at 8 p.m., so I was always thrilled when Maks danced in the first hour.  I am sorry he is gone too.

Tori Spelling is another one who can go away. I had the misfortune of catching her reality show the other day and it’s kind of appalling.

I agree with Tori Spelling, along with Joan and Melissa Rivers and I hate to say it, but I’m growing really really tired of Zac Efron. Yes, he’s a cutie, yes he can act, but does he have to be EVERYWHERE? My other current dislikes:
*Madonna
*Mel Gibson
*Chris Brown
*Tyra Banks…did I mention her already? Hard to keep track.

Speaking of Joan and Melissa, what do you think about their appearance on “The Celebrity Apprentice?”  Melissa had a hissy fit when she got the boot last week—yelling, swearing and making threats.  Very 2-year-old!  Then, her mom (who BTW is doing quite well on the show) decided if her precious daughter is getting fired, then she is going to quit the show as well.  It was very telling of their relationship and how they act when the chips are down.  Anyone else watch this show?

Paris Hiltonis a selfish doll without brains with daddy’s money - who likes her - different pink chicks the same as she is? she is not a star because for me a star is a person who achieved something in his life thanks to his own efforts and talent
