From LoveToKnow Celebrity

Ultra-thin celebrities, like Victoria Beckham, are often mentioned in the same sentence as anorexia. While many believe that super skinny celebs are typically the victims of eating disorders, Beckham denies that she has any problems.

From Posh Spice to Mrs. Beckham

Victoria first rose to fame as a member of the British group The Spice Girls in the mid-1990s. Dubbed “Posh Spice” for her upscale, fashionable persona, Victoria was thin even then.

She married soccer player David Beckham in 1999. The couple has three sons: Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz.

Still in the Spotlight

Victoria Beckham, while not as widely popular as in her Spice Girls heyday, still seems to grab much public attention. Particularly in Britain, her status as Mrs. Beckham has made her an interesting celebrity wife. Additionally, her solo career included many UK top ten hits. She was most recently photographed as a guest at the wedding of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise.

Victoria Beckham’s Eating Regimen

While Victoria Beckham has been accused of having an eating disorder because of her thin frame, she maintains that it is simply control, not deprivation, which keeps her skinny. She recently credited her weight to healthy eating during an appearance on a BBC Radio program.

Additionally, she has said, "I think there's a big difference between someone having an eating disorder and someone who is controlled about what they eat. There's a big difference, and every now and then of course I go out and eat what I like. But I do try to be quite disciplined in the way that I eat."
