Tom Sizemore Arrested

It's happened so often, it's difficult to decide whether the news that Tom Sizemore was arrested is actually news or not.

Tom Sizemore definitely has more issues than even Dr. Drew can handle. The sometimes actor was arrested for domestic violence…again. Back in 2003, he was arrested for, among other things, roughing up his then girlfriend Heidi Fleiss. Obviously, his new girlfriend didn't read the gossip columns because police were called to break up an argument between she and Sizemore, which resulted in his arrest.

2003 conviction for assault and battery – sentenced to six months in jail

Sober House

Even though Sizemore is currently being held on $20,000 bail, word is that he still plans on being apart of the cast for the upcoming season of Sober House. His reps say that he's still committed to living clean and sober. He may not be committed to keeping his hands off his girlfriends when he gets in a violent mood, but hey, at least he isn't high on crystal meth when he does it, right? Yep, more jail time just might do this violence prone, former (that's arguable) drug addict a little bit of good. Pretty sure it's time as it seems that he's proven he hasn't learned a thing since his last stint in the clink.
