Desperate Plea
From LoveToKnow Celebrity
Those Gosselins are at it again.
Kate Plus 8
TLC has announced that they will go ahead with the Gosselin reality show, but the focus will be on Kate and the children. They're even renaming the show, Kate Plus 8. Jon Gosselin took only hours to throw in a desperate plea for attention.
TLC announced on September 29, 2009, that the reality TV show based on Jon and Kate Gosselin and their eight children will go ahead as planned this November. The only difference is that Jon has been dumped from the show. Renamed Kate Plus 8, the new and improved Gosselin hour will now focus on Kate and her journey as a single mother.
Jon Gosselin Attempts to Delay the Divorce
Only hours after the announcement was made by TLC, Jon Gosselin apparently felt left out of things and issued his own statement. In it, he claimed that he was having second thoughts about the divorce and wanted to delay the proceedings by 90 days. He also expressed regret over his actions since the separation, and claimed that he had begged Kate to go to counseling with him.
The reason he gave for wanting to delay the divorce proceedings was that he wanted to try and work things out with Kate. According to Radar Online, however, Kate's not buying it and believes Jon's response is all a publicity stunt. Apparently the proof for Kate is that Jon didn't approach her about any of this – she learned about it through the press, just like everyone else did.
