Paris Hilton Earns Harvard Award

From LoveToKnow Celebrity

It’s not every day that socialite Paris Hilton gets invited to Harvard University, but she will soon grace the campus to accept an honored award.

Paris Heads to Harvard?

At first glance, Paris Hilton and Harvard are not much of a synonymous pairing, but further details uncover the method to the madness.

Harvard University’s comedy magazine is honoring Paris Hilton with their "Hastiest Pudding of the Lampoon" title.

Any Publicity is Good Publicity

Hilton, never one to miss a photo opportunity, will of course be on hand to accept the title. She heads to Harvard on February 6 to pick up the award and will likely be subjected to some good hearted razzing (here's hoping!).

After all, Paris Hilton wouldn’t want her name to fade from the limelight even for a second, so this gives her yet one more appearance to add to her resume.

Upcoming Projects

Don’t forget, Paris Hilton is an aspiring actress too, so it’s not just reality shows and parties that fill her schedule – Hilton is working on films too. She has already appeared in House of Wax, but will be seen shortly in the comedy The Hottie & the Nottie, set for release on February 8. Hilton’s Harvard appearance is perfectly timed with her film release.

Hilton will also appear in the horror musical Repo! The Genetic Opera! No release date has been given for that, however.
