When Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock married in the summer of 2006, many were skeptical that their marriage would go the distance. It didn’t, and the two have filed for divorce after less than four months of marriage.

The couple's romance certainly had its share of starts and stops. The two had dated in the spring of 2001, were engaged in April 2002, then split in June 2003. They reconnected in July 2006 aboard a yacht in St. Tropez, and by July 18, she announced on her Web site that they were going to get married.

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock had a wedding ceremony on July 29, 2006 on a yacht in St. Tropez. To make it legal, they were married on August 3 in a Beverly Hills courthouse. As if two times wasn’t enough, they were hitched yet again at a surprise wedding on August 17 in Nashville, Tennessee. With that many ceremonies, it would have seemed that they were triply committed to one another.
A Brief Message
On Monday, November 27, 2006, Anderson posted a message on her Web site that read: "11/27/2006. Divorce. Yes, it's true. Unfortunately impossible." Anderson and Rock filed for divorce the previous week, November 21, 2006. The couple cited irreconcilable differences.
Children
Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock each have children from previous relationships. Anderson was married once before to drummer Tommy Lee, from 1995 to 1998, and has two sons, Brandon (age ten) and Dylan (age eight). Rock has a son, 13-year-old Bob, Jr.
