New DWTS Cast Announced

The new Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) cast has been announced for the upcoming ninth season of the show.

It's hard to believe that the upcoming season of this show is season number nine, but it's true. The new cast of Dancing with the Stars follows the same formula of celebs and athletes, but throws in a politician for good measure. Here's the lineup:

• Michael Irvin – Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver
• Chuck Liddell – Former United Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Champion
• Louie Vito – Professional snowboarder
• Natalie Coughlin – Professional swimmer and Olympic medalist

• Aaron Carter – Younger brother of Nick Carter and famously fought over by Lindsay Lohan and Hillary Duff
• Mya – Platinum selling recording artist
• Macy Gray – Grammy Award winning recording artist
• Donny Osmond – Everyone knows who Donny Osmond is

• Kathy Ireland – Model and clothing designer
• Joanna Krupa - Model

• Debbie Mazar – Currently seen on Entourage
• Melissa Joan Hart – Best known for her role in Sabrina the Teenage Witch
• Mark Dacascos - Actor and martial artist best known as "The Chairman" on Iron Chef America.

• Kelly Osbourne – Daughter of Ozzy and Sharon
• Tom DeLay – Former House Majority leader
• Ashley Hamilton – Son of perennially tan actor George Hamilton

Since Paula Abdul left American Idol rumors have been running rampant that she plans on joining the Dancing with the Stars judging panel along with Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba. Reps for Abdul, nor Abdul herself, have confirmed such rumors.
