These most recent pictures of Cyrus are just a little bit naughty, but don't fall into the "racy" category. The first picture shows Miley pulling down her shirt just a little bit to reveal the green bra she is wearing underneath; the second shows her cuddling with a boy and in the third photo, Cyrus is laying across the same boy's lap, with her stomach showing and the boy's hand on her hip.

Round Two

This is the second time pictures of Miley created a "scandal" (if you can call it that) for the pint-sized multi-millionaire. Earlier this year, other photos of Miley at a sleepover made the usual tabloid rounds. The most "scandalous" of the pictures that surfaced were of Cyrus and a friend eating a piece of licorice Lady and the Tramp style, except the two girls don't end up touching lips. Were the pictures silly? Yes. Scandalous? Not so much.

Is it Miley?

The crux of the debate over the new pictures is whether they are actually Miley Cyrus and not the result of creative mixing and matching photos of other people with Miley's via Photoshop. If you've seen them, then you know they look a little off.

Everyone Loves a Scandal

It is true, the bigger the star, the bigger the scandal. Miley Cyrus, with her reported $18 mllion in earnings last year at the age of 15, is a bona-fide star, but her pictures are far from the Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan ongoing scandals.
