Does Anyone Like Spencer?

Seriously, does anyone like Spencer? Heidi doesn't count because everyone knows she's with him for the publicity. He's smarmy, he's immature and he's just plain mean. There are plenty of people lying in wait for his Karma to come back to him. Anyway, apparently Spence didn't like the joke that his sister's ex was playing on him. Here's what happened: Spencer and Cameron Huston were at the same bar. Huston (he claims, at the urging of Hills producers) sends Spencer over a bunch of fruity "girly" drinks and text messages Heidi claiming that Spencer was hitting on some girl. Spence did not like it, walked over to Huston and punched him in the face.

MTV Suit

Word is that Huston hired Robert Shapiro as his legal representation in a lawsuit he plans to file against MTV. Sources state there were no medics on hand to tend to Huston's wounds so he had to go to the nearest hospital to get stitched up. Specific monetary damages sought have not yet been disclosed as Huston has not yet officially filed suit against the network. MTV execs state that they know nothing about a lawsuit, pending or otherwise.

Maybe Huston should just sue Spencer. Oh, wait, Spencer doesn't work and just leeches off his pretend-wife, so Huston couldn't even get his hospital bills paid if he did that.
