Lindsay Lohan's DUI Arrest

Looks like the wholesome Disney days of Lindsay Lohan are well behind her. The actress was again arrested on suspicion of DUI on July 24, 2007.
Failed Rehab?
Lindsay Lohan completed a second round of rehab at the Promises facility not even two weeks prior to this latest slip. After completing the substance abuse treatment program, she was spotted at a club in Las Vegas and at various parties wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet. Many seemed relieved that the young star was finally taking her situation seriously.
Recent Arrest
Fresh on the heels of turning herself into police for a prior drunk driving charge, Lohan was arrested in the early hours of July 24, 2007 after police responded to a report of a car chase. She was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after failing a field sobriety test.
After her arrival at the police department, her breath test revealed a blood alcohol level between .12 percent and .13 percent. The legal limit for California is .08 percent. Additionally, a search revealed cocaine in one of her pockets. She was booked for suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and two charges for possession and transportation of cocaine.
She was released on $25,000 bail.

With her rehab treatment and arrests, many are debating about her future in Hollywood. Will the young starlet seek the proper help and get her life back on track? With an already impressive career, she has the potential to become an even bigger star, if she cleans up her act.
