Lance Armstrong's girlfriend is pregnant with what will be his fourth child.

Seven time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong is not only training for his return to professional cycling, he's also boning up on his baby skills. Armstrong's girlfriend, Anna Hansen, is pregnant with his fourth child and he hasn't cared for a little baby for nearly a decade. He has three children with ex-wife Kristen Richards, Grace and Isabelle, now nine and Luke, 11.

Miracle Baby?

When doctors diagnosed Armstrong with testicular cancer, he and his then wife knew they still wanted a family, so the decided to store his sperm in order to get pregnant later by artificial insemination. The reason for the stockpile was due to the fact that doctors believed that after his chemotherapy treatments Lance would be infertile.

Lance and girlfriend Anna reportedly got pregnant the "old fashioned way" and did not use any artificial means to conceive. If you're wondering about just who this Hansen woman is, here's the scoop:
