Khloe and Lamar, No Pre Nup Yet

Khloe and Lamar have no pre-nup yet as the details are still being hammered out by the not yet legally married couple.

Lamar Odom is bent on making sure all of his assets, namely, cash, remains his if the marriage should end in divorce. Khloe has yet to agree with his terms and both their lawyers continue to hash out the dirty details. Rumor has it that Khloe is close to signing the agreement because she is bent on legally becoming Lamar's wife. Don't feel bad for Khloe, if she does agree to his terms, he does get to keep all his assets, but here's what she wants in return:

• She keeps the house – If the couple splits, she gets their brand new digs.
• Joint checking account – Lamar has agreed to keep a joint checking account while they're married in which he funds all the cash.
• Spousal support – In the event of a divorce, Khole is requesting $31,000 a month, $25,000 in spousal support, $5,000 for shopping and $1,000 for beauty maintenance.
• New cars – Khloe also wants a new car every time her lease runs out (Leasing cars? Really?)
• The bills – Lamar is to pay all their bills while they're married.
• Lakers tickets – Finally, Khloe wants courtside seats for the whole Kardashian clan.

Not much to ask of someone you met and married within eight weeks, right?
