Kevin Federline to Appear in Super Bowl Ad
From LoveToKnow Celebrity
Kevin Federline is taking his status as a punch line and using it to his advantage. The ex-Mr. Britney Spears will be appearing in a humorous ad during the Super Bowl on February 4.
About Kevin Federline
Federline made headlines when he began dating and then eventually married Britney Spears in 2004. The two appeared on an MTV reality program called Chaotic, chronicling their romance. The former backup dancer and wannabe rapper was often ridiculed, overshadowed by the success and earning potential of his wife.
Post-Divorce Federline
Following the couple’s split in November 2006, Kevin Federline didn’t seem to waste any time mourning the end of his marriage. Shortly after the divorce was announced, Federline was seen partying in Miami and making other appearances.
While he and Spears have yet to reach a custody agreement for their two sons, they did make arrangements for January 2007. Under the agreement, Federline would see the boys three times a week for four hours at a time.
Federline’s Super Bowl Commercial
At least Kevin Federline can poke fun at himself. He will appear in an ad for Nationwide Insurance during the Super Bowl. The commercial will show Federline in a rap video, then cut to the downtrodden celeb as he is working in a fast-food restaurant, daydreaming about his rap stardom. The tag line, “Life comes at you fast” shows the humorous side of how quickly your life can change.
A sneak peek of the commercial can be viewed at the Nationwide web site on January 29, before it airs during the Super Bowl on February 4.
