Hef Makes Announcement

Well, it seems that since leaving the Playboy Mansion, all three former Girls Next Door ladies have taken a decidedly different life path than being one of Hugh Hefner's infamous girlfriends. Bridget Marquardt is focusing on her career. Holly Madison is having thoughts of settling down and having children and Kendra Wilkinson is planning a wedding.

The wedding announcement came, not by way of Kendra or her Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver fiancée Hank Bassett, but by former boyfriend (can you really call an 80 year old a boyfriend?) Hugh Hefner. Maybe in the real world this seems a little bit weird, but hey, it's Hollywood - nothing seems weird there.

On a different sort of "fun fact" note, Wilkinson's mom was once a cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Wedding Party

Of course Bridget and Holly will attend, presumably both in the wedding party, but rumor has it that Hef is planning to walk Kendra down the aisle. Wilkinson's father left her family when she was young, so Hef seems the logical choice.

Kendra and Hank currently plan on exchanging their vows in June of 2009. As for her future career plans, she hopes to pursue a career in sports medicine or to get into sports broadcasting.
