Perhaps the most famous of the Kardashian clan is Kim – who gained fame via her friendship with heiress Paris Hilton and for her sex tape scandal. Kim, along with sisters Khloe and Kourtney and half-sisters Kylie and Kendall, mom Kris and step-dad Bruce Jenner, present a reality show that has taken the E! network by storm.

Popularity of the Series

The show, executive produced by Ryan Seacrest, has been a solid ratings winner. Unlike so many celebreality shows that lose viewer interest, Keeping Up with the Kardashians has viewers tuning in each week. But is life with the Kardashians enough to keep people coming back for more episodes in season two?

Prior to the first season, Seacrest commented, “The familiar dynamics of this family make them one Hollywood bunch that is sure to entertain.”

Perhaps finding out more about the girls’ clothing boutique, Dash, or whether the stripper pole that the girls bought for mom and step-dad’s anniversary goes to use, will be enough to keep numbers up during season two.

Ratings Winner

Since the show’s premiere in October 2007, Keeping Up with the Kardashians has become the top rated Sunday night series among women ages 18 to 34.
