The Charges

Another celebutante getting pulled over for drunk driving? Surprising right? Sarcasm aside, last spring, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters was out drinking - rumor has it that it was on the day her father died four years ago and Khloe wasn't "handling it very well." If you don't remember the original Kardashian patriarch, he was one of the lawyers that defended O.J. Simpson way back when. Apparently, he and Simpson had a falling out after he had eluded to the fact that he was questioning the former NFL star's innocence. He is Khloe, Kourtney and Kim's father.

On the night in question, Khloe decided to drive herself home from whatever trendy club she was at and subsequently, got pulled over for driving under the influence and was arrested on the spot. At her hearing, she was sentenced to community service and alcohol education classes and three years probation…not unusual for first time offenders.

Probation Violation

Apparently, Khloe failed to serve her community service and attend her court ordered alcohol education classes. Due to this failure, she has been ordered to report to jail on July 18 to serve a 30-day sentence for probation violations. Of course, in California, a 30-day sentence for something like a probation violation adds up to oh, about 80 minutes.

Remember back when Nicole Richie served 82 minutes for her multiple DUI's and Lindsay Lohan served 84 minutes for DUI and cocaine possession? Like the ladies that served time before her, Khole Kardashian will probably only end up seeing the inside of a jail cell for about an hour and a half.

The huge difference between time sentenced and actual time served is due to severe overcrowding.
