Why Deflect Rumors?

Yes, we're all kind of sick of hearing about the Gosselins, but hey, they don't seem to be going anywhere soon and as long as they choose to remain in the spotlight, they're going to be talked about, right? Now, onto Jon Gosselin's new girlfriend, whom he didn't try to hide from the public.

For months the Gosselins have been deflecting rumors that either of them were involved in extra-marital activities. Rumors flew about Kate having an affair with her bodyguard (still not sure why she needs one of those) and Jon giving the old "…she was just a friend" excuse when pics were snapped of him with a young lass in his car. Now, Jon isn't hiding from anything as he steps out onto a yacht with his 23-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

The Other, Other Woman?

The ink isn't even close to being dry on his divorce papers from wife Kate, but rumors are burning through the tabloids that no only did Jon step out with Hailey aboard a yacht, but was also spied with a third grade teacher Deanna Hummel (you know, the woman who is credited for ruining their already empty marriage?), in Utah. Who know a father of eight had so much time to jet set around the world?

Incidentally, Hailey is the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate Gosselin's tummy tuck.
