American Idol season four finalist Jessica Sierra has certainly fallen on some hard times.

Jessica Sierra appeared on the fourth season of American Idol, but was the third finalist eliminated from the popular singing competition. Her final performance on the series was “On the Side of Angels,” by LeAnn Rimes.
Life After American Idol
Following American Idol, Jessica Sierra toured with the show’s finalists, but after that, she was unable to get a music career off of the ground.
Sierra made headlines in April 2007 when she was arrested for hitting a Tampa, Florida bar patron on the head with a glass. At the time of arrest, she was found to be in possession of cocaine.
Second Arrest
Jessica Sierra was arrested a second time in December 2007 for disorderly intoxication in a bar. This time, she resisted arrest and was belligerent with the arresting officers, offering sexual favors and then yelling out racial remarks.
Sierra pleaded not guilty to the charges on December 6, however, must stay in jail until her hearing on December 20, 2007. According to the judge who set her hearing date, Sierra could face up to eleven years in prison.
Celebrity Rehab
Jessica Sierra attended rehab in July 2007 – her experience was to be part of the upcoming VH1 celebreality show, Celebrity Rehab. It’s unclear now if Jessica will appear on the show or not, given her recent arrest.
Sex Tape
Many celebrity wannabes extend their fifteen minutes of fame when something controversial lands them in the headlines again. Hot on the news of her arrest, Sierra made media headlines with a sex tape shot in a seedy hotel..
