Coincidentally enough, Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn met during the film, The Break-Up in 2005. While many speculated the two were a couple, Aniston and Vaughn kept their relationship on the down-low and maintained they were just friends.

After it was confirmed that Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn were in a relationship, the media found every opportunity to report on a possible engagement.

When the idea of a wedding was shot down, entertainment reporters started reporting that the two were on the rocks. Vince Vaughn threatened to sue some tabloids over a story that alleged he and Aniston had broken up in October, while Aniston appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show on October 11 to say they were still together.

People magazine reported on December 5 that the two had decided to split, with representatives saying, "Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good friends today."

The reps also reported that their romance has been over since October, when Aniston visited Vince in London, where he was filming Fred Claus.

Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn (nicknamed “Vaughniston”) were together for a little over a year.
