Jason Wahler Arrested

Former MTV reality show bad boy Jason Wahler was arrested recently for a drunken tirade involving shoes.

While imbibing at a Laguna Beach restaurant, Wahler had a tad too much to drink and got a little bit too rowdy for his own good. Bouncers removed the erstwhile reality show regular only to have him charge back into the bar. Of course, Wahler wasn't done yet and proceeded to take off his shoes and throw them into the bar. Shoe throwing? Really? This whole silly saga wasn't over yet though. When security came out to confront Wahler, yet again, he threw a punch or two.

The police were called to the scene and Wahler was arrested…naturally. It's no surprise really that former Laguna Beach resident Jason Wahler was arrested for being drunk in public, that seems to be the kid's thing, but throwing shoes? Come on now. Apparently he only had a little over a week left on his probation for his 2007 arrest when he verbally assaulted a tow truck driver with racial and homophobic slurs.

A Drunken History

Then again, being drunk and acting a fool is Wahler's thing. In 2006, the then 20 year old was arrested a number of times in four different states for alcohol related incidents. In 2007 he went to jail for punching a security guard in Seattle. Finally, earlier this year, he was fired from a movie for his behavior. Reps for both sides deny that Wahler was fired due to drug and alcohol use. How can they tell that lie and keep a straight face?
