It might be the latest reality television scandal, or it might be a big case of misunderstanding. Jon Gosselin, the father of eight children and one of the stars of Jon and Kate Plus Eight, has been photographed and reported to be partying with younger women while his wife is out on a book tour.

The Evidence

Us Magazinehas a photograph of Jon Gosselin in another woman's car, heading out of a bar at two in the morning. Gosselin is reportedly not wearing his wedding band, although this is impossible to determine from the photo.

His wife, Kate Gosselin, is currently away on a book tour, promoting her book Eight Little Faces: A Mom's Journey.

Jon Gosselin was also spotted at Juanita College in Pennsylvania, where the family resides, hitting on co-eds who were much younger than he is. Several students claimed that he had tried to kiss a few girls, and even told them that he was getting divorced from Kate.

Jon Gosselin's Response

In an e-mail to Us Magazine, Gosselin claims that he was at the Legends Lounge to speak with the owner and while he was there a friend asked him if she could see his car. He adds that he allowed her to drive the car to her own vehicle and that's when the photographers showed up.

He has also said that he doesn't understand why reporters and photographers follow him around when he goes out and that this isn't something he enjoys about his sudden popularity.
