Hulk Hogan's Son Injured in Car Crash

Nick Bollea, son of legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan, was involved in a car crash August 26, 2007 in Clearwater, Florida, that left him and his passenger injured.
About the Accident
While an investigation is under way, it is believed that Bollea’s Toyota Supra swerved off the road and slammed into a palm tree, reportedly the result of excessive speeding. Bollea and his passenger had to be removed from the car using the Jaws of Life.
Resulting Injuries
Bollea sustained only minor injuries and was released the following day from St. Petersburg's Bayfront Medical Center in Florida. The passenger of the car remained hospitalized and in critical condition.
His mother, Linda Hogan, issued the following statement: "Nick is currently at the hospital with John [Graziano] and his family. His sole concern is for the well-being of his friend. On behalf of my family, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with John and his loved ones."

Nick Bollea, 17, is known for his role on the celebreality series Hogan Knows Best, on VH1. While the show follows the daily lives of his family, the main focus is on his sister, Brooke, who has been climbing her way up the pop star food chain.
Past Accident
Bollea is no stranger to car accidents – in 2006, the Lamborghini he was driving in Miami, Florida, caught fire. He suffered no injuries from the incident.
