Did you Meet the Barkers when you had the chance?

Following in the footsteps of Nick and Jessica and Carmen and Dave, Travis Barker and soon to be ex-wife Shanna Makler are parting company. The Barkers, whose marriage was the subject of an MTV reality show, announced their separation last week, and man is it getting good!

Was Shanna cheating?

The following is an excerpt of a post appearing on Barker’s MySpace account yesterday:

“MY BREKING POINT…………

That brings me to week ago, I CAME ACROSS CONDOMS(WE DONT USE CONDOMS EVER) I WAS INFORMED BY OUR REALITOR SHANNA WAS DOING DANCING WIT THE STARS?(why wouldn’t she tell me right? A MYSPACE ACCOUNT?(WHERE SHE POSTS PIX OF OUR CHILDREN AND HER AND I HALF NAKED???????WIERD??? A MYSPACE AFFAIR WIT SOME guy(DORK) AND RUMORS OF HER CHEATING.”

The post, which has since been removed, also talked about how Barker lost his mother at an early age and wants nothing but the best for his children. He proclaimed his love for Shanna and went on about his broken heart.

Today, on the same MySpace site, Barker proclaimed it a “new day” and announced that he’s moving on. We so can’t wait to see how the rest of this plays out.
