Victoria Beckham, aka "Posh" Spice, owns up to breast implants.

One thing is for certain, Hollywood’s hottest rarely admit to having any work done, but the exception is the celebrity that actually owns up to it. The following have made no bones about their busty improvements:

Tara Reid

This actress may be more famous for her botched plastic surgery than for any acting roles she’s ever had. The party girl has received plenty of “work” to improve her appearance, but it may have backfired. In an interview with Us Weekly in October 2006, Reid shared her unsuccessful breast implant and liposuction surgery stories in hopes to warn others about the sometimes less-than-perfect results of cosmetic surgery.

Pamela Anderson

This former Playboy playmate has made no excuses for her enhancements – of course, it’s unlikely that she could deny her increased breast size. She did, however, have her implants removed in 1999 – only to return to her former busty self with new, larger implants in 2004.

Courtney Love

Love, who has made recent headlines for her rapid weight loss, also had her breast implants removed, but without a lot of spectacle. The singer said of the removal, “I just quietly did it, you know?”

Victoria Beckham

Former Spice Girl “Posh” Spice, Beckham is now most famous for being the wife of soccer great David Beckham. During her recent television special Victoria Beckham: Coming to America, which highlighted the Beckham family’s move to the states, Victoria made mention of her celebrity implants, saying, “I really thought that one of my silicones was going to fly out of my armpit then.”

Of course, while most stars won’t confess to having celebrity implants, there are tell-tale signs that experienced plastic surgeons point to as evidence of augmentation. They confirm what is rumored by pointing out unnatural enhancements or breasts that sit too high, are too round and hard, or have rippling. The following stars are rumored to have celebrity implants:

Demi Moore

Demi Moore’s breasts became a topic of discussion when she appeared in the 1996 film Striptease with a larger cup size. Reportedly, she later had her implant size reduced and had a breast lift.

Britney Spears

Britney Spears poked fun of the breast implant rumors on an episode of Saturday Night Live. During the monologue, Spears (who served as guest host) discussed the gossip while her breasts seemingly took on a life of their own – the monologue was met with applause and laughter.

Brooke Hogan

Singer and daughter of wrestler Hulk Hogan, Brooke Hogan was photographed on a vacation in Hawaii in July 2007 with noticeably larger breasts.

Nicollette Sheridan

Sheridan made her comeback on Desperate Housewives, but is rumored to have had celebrity implants long before her sultry character Edie Britt ever graced the small screen. Before and after photographs illustrate that Sheridan’s bustline has been expanded, with an unnatural size and shape indicative of implants.

Christina Aguilera

This is one pop superstar who expanded on her natural assets with a little cosmetic help, or so the rumor goes. Photographs of Aguilera clearly show that she is the recipient of celebrity implants.

Beyoncé

While singer, actress and fashion designer Beyoncé Knowles takes pride in her curves, she also is rumored to have breast implants, as seen in photos that compare Knowles in 2002 and 2005. A photo of her armpit showed a scar that could be the by-product of a celebrity implant.

With so many rumors about every aspect of a celebrity’s personal life, it’s no wonder stars deny stories of implants – whether they’re telling the truth, that’s another story.

Lindsay Lohan

While rumors are rampant that the young celebrity wild child has had breast implants, Lindsay Lohan denied it in a 2005 interview with Cosmo Girl, saying, “I developed very late in high school. When I was 16, I still had baby fat. I didn’t get my chest until I was 17, so that made me feel insecure. I used to feel like I had to stuff my bra.”

Kellie Pickler

This American Idol finalist was interrogated by host Ryan Seacrest during a return visit to the talent competition. While she did not admit to having enhancements, it seemed clear to most that she had made some body improvements.

Jessica Simpson

Simpson’s breast size has been a hot debate for quite some time, with some speculating she had a celebrity implant, but most discarding the notion. Simpson spoke to Harper’s Bazaar, saying, “I’ve had none [plastic surgery]. But you know, my boobs are real.”

Other Celebrity Implants

While breast augmentation is first on most people’s minds for implant work, there are other types of implants, including buttock implants. Kim Kardashian, most notable for her role in a sex tape with her boyfriend Ray-J, has been rumored to have buttock implants, however some in the plastic surgery community argue that her ample asset may just be a case of genetics.
