Celebrity Feet
From LoveToKnow Celebrity
Celebrity feet have become a hot topic online!
Why Celebrity Feet?
Dozens of websites devoted to photos and discussion of the stars' tender tootsies have popped up recently, making a weekly pedicure an absolute necessity for any celebs who dare to bare their toes in public.
Let's face it: as a society, many of us are obsessed with celebrities and photographs of our favorite stars. After any red carpet event, dozens of pictures turn up in the media and people from all over the world take great pleasure in dissecting outfits, dividing them into hot or not categories.
Shoes are naturally part of an outfit and celebrities' shoes go under the same sort of microscope. When close-up photos of celebrity shoes started appearing on blogs and in fashion magazines, those who are naturally inclined to enjoy pictures of feet suddenly had an abundance of material to look at.
Fortunately for them, most female celebrities prefer open, strappy shoes which show off their perfectly manicured feet.
Guess the Celebrity Feet
As celeb feet photos have become more and more popular, lots of quizzes have shown up online challenging us to guess the names of the stars by looking at pictures of their feet. These "Guess the Celebrity Feet" quizzes can be found on many sites, some of them very well-known and popular. Here are a few if you'd like to try your hand at guessing:

Photos of Celebrity Feet
There are oodles of places to find feet pictures of your favorite celebrities online, many of them with entire collections for each celeb. It seems that men enjoy looking at photos of female feet much more than the other way around, as most of these galleries feature famous women's feet.
A simple Google search turns up page upon page of links to celebrity foot photos, but here are some good places to get started.
- Celebrity Feet at Love to Know – That's right, there's a gallery right here!
- Feet Magazine – Divided by celebrity, these photos are, for the most part, very close up and in very high resolution.
- Popstar Feets – This is a blog written by Helen Lawrence, that is no longer updated but still available online because of its popularity. Lawrence took pictures of all of the pop stars' feet she could find, most of them covered with shoes.
- Wiki Feet – Celeb feet pictures are so in demand that they have their own wiki website! This is a huge collection of photos, and they take suggestions as to which stars you would like to see added.
Not So Happy Feet
Some stars, no matter how hard they try, are just not blessed with pretty feet. Regardless, they still seem to enjoy wearing open-toed shoes, opening them up to criticism from the media and snarky bloggers. Some of these celebs include:
- Paris Hilton – Paris is arguably very attractive, but her feet have been cursed with the occasional bunion and her toes are on the skeletal side.
- Oprah Winfrey – She may be one of the wealthiest and best-dressed women in the world, but Oprah sports an extra toe on her left foot.
- Reese Witherspoon – Her second toe, the one right beside her big toe, is unusually long.
- Iman – Model Iman looks lovely in almost anything – except open shoes. Her feet are lumpy and bumpy, with extremely short and gnarled-looking toes.
Decorated Feet
Many celebrities like to add a little extra something to their feet, especially when they're sporting sandals or open toed shoes. Often you'll see tiny tattoos, like those that grace the feet of Kate Hudson and Charlize Theron.
Sometimes, it's toe rings and other jewelry that shows up on the stars' feet. From natural strands made of hemp and cotton, to wildly decorated and jeweled creations, toe rings are popping up more and more often on celebrity feet.
Celebrity Feet for All
No matter whether you enjoy looking at what the stars are wearing on their feet, or it's the feet themselves you're interested in, there is no shortage of celebrity feet to peruse online!
