Celebrity Dress Up Dolls Online

Halle Berry is fun to dress up.

Another fun way to play with celebrities, dress up dolls online are becoming very popular. There are lots of dress up doll sites out there, and you're almost sure to find your favorite celebrity, past or present, on at least one of them.

Celebrity dress up dolls, also called paper dolls, allow you to customize the look of an animated picture of the star. Some of the things you can change are:

  • Hair styles
  • Makeup
  • Clothing
  • Accessories

Sites that offer these games differ widely. Some of them will allow you to change colors of outfits, draw your own additions, and change backgrounds. Others are very limited in the selections you can make. Many are heavy on advertising, and include lots of pop-up windows and blinking ads. Try out a few of them to see which one suits you best.

How to Save Your Creations

A few dress up websites offer registration so that you can create an account and save the dolls you've created. Others are free from registration, but once you leave the site, your doll is gone.

If you want to save your creations, right-click on the image and then save it as a file with a name you'll be able to remember. If the right-click is disabled on the page, use your "print screen" button to save the page, and then copy it into an image program such as Microsoft Paint.

You can use your pictures as desktop backgrounds on your computer, or print them out to create your own celebrity dress up portfolio.
