Britney's Ex in Trouble

No, not her ex-husband, her ex-boyfriend (stalker, freeloader, whatever you want to call him) Adnan Ghalib is in trouble with the law.

Though must of us have spent time trying to forget about this man, he is the British photographer (read, paparazzi) that hooked up with Brit in the midst of her many meltdowns a little while back. Why she hooked up with the then married man, one can only guess, but the "relationship" fizzled almost as quickly as it heated up, resulting in Brit's camp filing a restraining order against the man.

The original restraining order expired, but Britney's people have refiled the order against Adnan Ghalib and former manager Sam Lufti recently. The reason for the new filing is said to be that the two were attempting to "disrupt" Spears' conservatorship process.

Well, his troubles could be many, but his legal trouble in this incident is that of running down a process server with his car. No word on the details of the case in which the person was trying to serve Ghalib with, but police were called to the scene after the attempted run down by Ghalib.

The process server is fine and refused medical treatment for the few cuts, bruises and scrapes.

Though rumors have surfaced that Britney is still dating the photographer, the two haven't been seen together in public for over a year. Plus, the whole restraining order thing probably makes it difficult for the two to be together.
