Audrina Sets Things Straight

Audrina Patridge has set things straight regarding some of the things she reportedly said about former best friend and roommate, Lauren Conrad.

Tabloids have been reporting recently that Audrina Patridge has been slinging some less-than-kind adjectives to describe her one time Hills cast mate. Among the non-niceites, it was reported that Audrina called Lauren a "shady person" and a "bad friend." Well, in reply or retaliation, however you want to put it, Audrina wrote on her blog that she "NEVER" said those things about Lauren. Miss Patridge goes on to explain that she simply "…asked Lauren a question and that's how she interpreted it."

The Basics of the Argument

Everything here just seems so, well high school. These people are in their 20's and can't seem to resolve the simplest of conflicts without it blowing up into high school proportion drama. Supposedly, the rumor was that Lauren had been with Justin-Bobby in a more than just-friends manner. Audrina confronted her, Lauren got upset (when is she not) and hung up on Audrina. Audrina apologized - and Lauren did not accept. Classic for Lauren really. Does she ever accept anyone's apology?

Lauren talked to Lo about it and, of course, the ever manipulative Lo (how does Lauren not see this) basically told her to cut Audrina out of her life. Well Lo, out here in the real world, we don't end friendships over very simple, over-emotional misunderstandings.

Finding a Friend in Heidi

Even though to most, it doesn't seem as though Heidi could be a good friend to anyone but herself and her non-husband, Audrina decided to turn to her anyway because "she knows how Lauren works." Mistake or not? You be the judge.
