Ashlee Simpson announced that not only is she planning on marrying Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, she's having a baby too.

Pregnancy Rumors

Ashlee Simpson has been on baby-bump watch for the past couple of months and throughout that time, vehemently denied all rumors of the pregnancy kind. Turns out, those rumors are now true as the newly engaged couple quietly told close friends and family that they are expecting a new member of the family.

No Official Announcement

While Ashlee is busy promoting her new album, Bittersweet World set for release on April 22, everyone will surely be asking her whether she is pregnant or not. Sources say that it is very early in the pregnancy and no one is planning to make an official announcement any time soon. Representatives for both Ashlee and Pete declined to comment stating that they had no additional news outside of the fact that the two are "happily engaged."

Truth or Hoax

So far, there are rumors saying she is pregnant and rumors saying the pregnancy rumor was all just a joke perpetrated by Pete Wentz. When asked by TMZ if she was pregnant or not, Simpson replied "No, I'm not" though E! and Us Weekly are both reporting that it isn't a joke and she is pregnant.
