The Autopsy
On Friday, February 9, an autopsy was performed on Anna Nicole Smith. The chief medical examiner found that there was no physical injury to her body, including trauma or wounds, which would indicate any foul play. The autopsy showed “subtle findings,” such as blood in her stomach that would have occurred from shock prior to her death. Overall, Dr. Joshua Perper determined that “there were no findings that would indicate continuing drug abuse." Further investigation, which Perper estimated will take between three and five weeks, is still necessary.
The Fate of Smith’s Daughter

The craziness doesn’t stop there, as Prince Frederick von Anhalt, the husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, has now indicated that he may be the baby’s father.
