A Shot at Love Minus the Tequila

MTV has confirmed that casting for A Shot at Love 3 has begun, minus Miss Tequila.
A Shot with No Tequila?
After last season's fiasco of being rejected in front of millions of viewers, it's really no wonder why Tila Tequila decided to opt out of filming a third season of the bi-sexual oriented dating show. If you didn't watch the show last season, here's a quick recap:
Tila chose Kristy as the object of her affection in the season finale, eliminaating Bo. When presented with the key to her heart, Kristy told Tequila "I'm not ready for this," rejecting her on national television. Later, during the reunion show, Tila reportedly walked off the set claiming to be "heartbroken."
A New Love Interest for Tila Tequila
When asked why she declined MTV's invitation to participate in the third season of the dating show, Tequila replied "I'm doing something else with my life. It's time to move on." That "something else" she speaks of may have something to do with her new girlfriend, another reality show contestant, Courtenay Semel. If you recall (granted most probably don't even remember the show) Courtenay appeared on the show Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive."
Will the Dating Shows Ever End?
Sure, shows like A Shot at Love, Rock of Love, The Bachelor and Flavor of Love get decent ratings, but have any of them really ever found love? Aside from maybe one or two people from the years these shows have been running, the rest of the shows' main contestants haven't found anything but an opportunity to star in another season of the same show. Of course, what do you expect when you're dating 25 people at the same time who just happen to be roommates?
